Goods & Services Tax (GST)

Where any supply of goods or services quoted in this booking invoice is a taxable supply for the purposes of GST, then, the prices quoted include GST. Where any supply is not a taxable supply, the prices quoted do not include any GST. Please note that not all suppliers are required to be registered for the purpose of GST and that you cannot assume that the price of any particular supply includes a component for GST.

Deposits

50% of the total tariff is required upon booking. If not paid within fourteen days the booking may be cancelled without notice. On receipt of deposit confirmation will be forwarded.

Credit Card Payments – surcharges apply

Visa card, Master card & Bank card 1.65%; American Express & Diners 3.3% on every transaction. Payment by instalment is available for clients who wish to pay by credit card for most properties. Have your payment deducted automatically by equal instalments spread over a period to suit you. Please enquire with your consultant.

Balance

Is due 1 month prior to arrival for Jindabyne properties or 2 months prior to arrival for all on-snow accommodation. Failure to send balance by the due date can result in cancellation of bookings without notice. Full payment at time of booking is required for bookings made within 1 month of the arrival date.

Dishonoured Cheques

Incur a fee of $30 each.

Amendments

To confirmed reservations will incur a minimum fee of $30 plus any fees imposed by the accommodation house or service operator for reservations amended after the deposit has been paid. Amendments made after the balance due date are treated as a cancellation and subject to cancellation fees.

Cancellations Jindabyne properties

Deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $55 plus any fees imposed by the accommodation house or service operator if more than 1 calendar months notice is given. If less than 1 calendar months notice is given then all monies paid are forfeited. All cancellations must be notified in writing.

Cancellations on-snow properties

Deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $55 per person plus any fees imposed by the accommodation house or service operator if more than 2 calendar months notice is given.If less than 2 calendar months notice is given then all monies paid are forfeited. All cancellations must be notified in writing.

Refunds

Will not be given for any advertised "Early Bird" packages, no shows, on any meals, accommodation, equipment hire, transfers or lift tickets that are not utilised. Refunds are not available for cancellations after the holiday has commenced.

Insurance

We consider Travel Insurance to be essential for all bookings to guard against cancellation charges, injury and personal liability.

Credit Card Bond

Jindabyne Apartments – A credit card bond is required on all Jindabyne apartments upon check-in. The bond will be applied to all damage, breakage or loss to the property and/or furniture, furnishings, lock and key replacements or late call outs. The bond will also be applied to any additional cost of cleaning the premises if they are not left in good, clean order and condition. A credit card number will be requested prior to check-in.

Lodges, hotels and resort accommodation – A credit card bond may be required upon check-in. Enquire with your consultant for specific details.

Responsibility

Neither the company nor anyone on its behalf shall be liable for any death, loss, injury, accident, damage to personal property (including baggage) or delay, illness, strike, machinery failure, acts of government or other authorities, acts of God, improper documentation or any other causes beyond its control. They reserve the right to alter or amend accommodation and or dates according to circumstances beyond their control. Prices, services and conditions are based on the situation at the time of printing but can be subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
